1992

Mr. Lavji Daiya founded our business as a distributor of Parekh Master Alloys and Electroplating Chemicals, serving the Gujarat region. At a time when master alloy sellers were scarce in India, we emerged as pioneers, setting benchmarks for quality and reliability in the industry.

1998

His elder son, Mr. Yogesh Daiya, joined the business after completing his Master of Business Administration. With his modern perspective and strategic approach, he played a key role in driving growth and strengthening the foundation of the business.

 
2010

The youngest son Mr. Bhavin Daiya, after earning his Master’s degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, joined the business. Bringing a global perspective and innovative ideas, he focused on expanding operations and exploring new opportunities.

2011

We joined hands with Legor, a globally renowned brand, to expand their business in the Gujarat region. Through dedication and strategic efforts, we quickly became one of their largest dealers in terms of turnover.

2019

We partnered with Aussiemet, Australia, becoming their exclusive importer for India for master alloys and electroplating chemicals, further solidifying our position in the global market.

2025

We achieved another milestone by partnering with Pandora Alloys, Italy, one of the world’s top and pioneer manufacturers of master alloys. As their exclusive importer for India, we continue to bring world-class solutions and unmatched quality to our clients.

Today, we have a well-established dealer network across India, enabling us to reach customers nationwide. This network supports our vision of becoming India’s leading supplier of master alloys and electroplating chemicals by providing need-based solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements.
